After dedicating over three decades to the industry, our level 3 NVQ trained hairstylists and Wella Colour Expert colourists all bring their own attributes to the job. Depending on what you're going for, whether it's a fresh trim or colour, our team members have the level of expertise required to achieve the very best results. If you're stuck for inspiration, we're also more than happy to offer some advice on what may work for your skin tone and hair type - simply give us a call to discuss the options.

Jon and Paula
Jon has been hairdressing for over 35 years. Returning to Eccleshall High Street next door to the Old Fire Station where he won numerous accolades.
Jon has a great passion for short hair spending time on precision and aiming for perfection.
Paula has been Front of House working alongside Jon for 19 years and is passionate about delivering our clients a smooth and professional client journey from the making of appointments onwards.
Jill - Salon Manager/ Scalp and Hair Loss Expert
Jill has been hairdressing for over 40 years and is very passionate about her job and looking after her clientele.
Throughout Jill’s hairdressing career she has achieved and experienced so much over the years which has included the following :

Jill has known Jon for over 30 years and is excited to join him and his team at Jon Main Hairdressing

Jude - Senior Stylist/Wella Colour Expert
Jude started Hairdressing 30 years ago when she finished school, she started a hairdressing apprenticeship and gained her NVQ 1, 2 & 3 Qualifications and in 2023 successfully passed Wella's prestigious education programme.
Jude worked her way up the Hairdressing ladder over the years from Stylist to Senior Stylist and Manager.
Jude has also completed her assessor's course to add to her many talents.
Jude will be colouring & cutting in the new salon and can do Ladies & Gents Hairdressing.

Over the years Jude has competed in several competitions and has made the final twice at L’Oréal’s Colour Trophy and also gained a SILVER AWARD at Wella’s National Trendvision awards.

Jude took time out from working in a salon whilst bringing up her two children but still worked freelance.

Jon & Paula have known Jude for over 28 years and are excited that Jude has chosen to be on this journey at their new salon in Eccleshall.
Jenny - Senior Stylist
"Jenny first qualified as a hairdresser back in 1987 and had previously worked alongside Jon for more than 20 years.
Jenny has attended numerous courses over the years including gaining her NVQ level 3, as this wasn't included in her initial training back in the late 80’s, this has helped Jenny grow as an all-round hairdresser providing both cutting and colouring services to her clients.
During Jenny’s time at Jon’s previous salon the team have won many awards including top salon and several photographic awards.
Jenny always expresses the love for her job and all her amazing clients who have been a great support to her over many years and hopefully many more years to come”
Alison - Colour Specialist
Alison went into hairdressing once she completed school at the age of 16 as she has always wanted to be a hairdresser.
20 years on and she’s still hairdressing & specialising in colour!
Alison has completed several courses over the years including the Wella Master Colour Artist & Expert awards.
Alison is thrilled to be a part of the Jon Main Hairdressing Team and is excited to bring her wealth of colour knowledge to the team.
Felicity - Front of House
Felicity has worked alongside Paula as an expert front of house team for many years. Like Paula, Felicity has always built up a fantastic rapport with clients with her lovely happy nature.
Delivering a smooth client experience has also been very important to Felicity.
